From the time we file your mark until the USPTO issues your registration certificate is about 12-16 months.

The legal proceeding is a long one, but we serve as your attorney of record throughout the entire process.

And the good news is that once we submit your application on your behalf, you are instantly “in the system” and protected against someone else successfully trademarking anything similar to your trademark.

We know exactly which application to file for this to be first in line for your mark- even if you haven't started selling quite yet!

After we file, you will have 6 months to provide your evidence of use after your trademark application is accepted.

If 6 months is not enough time, then we can file up to 5 extensions of 6 months each.

A class is a category of goods or services that you want to protect your trademark for (i.e. clothing, online store, consulting services, etc.)

If you want to secure additional classes, there is a filing fee of $350 per additional class.
